Session Task:
Bettermode Performance Marketing Blueprint
- Objective: Develop a performance marketing strategy tailored to Bettermode’s current goals and market position. Focus on increasing brand visibility, driving qualified traffic to our website, and improving lead generation through paid search and social media advertising.
- Task:
- Analyze Bettermode's Existing Marketing Efforts: Review our current marketing channels (e.g., Google Ads, social media platforms) and identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
- Propose a Targeted Campaign: Design a performance marketing campaign that aligns with Bettermode’s target audience and objectives. Specify the channels you would use (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook) and outline your strategy for each.
- KPIs and Measurement: Identify the key performance indicators (KPIs) you would track to measure the success of your campaign, such as conversion rate, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Tools: Share the tools and software you would utilize to execute and monitor this strategy, explaining why you chose these tools and how they would enhance our marketing efforts.
Presentation:
- Record a video presentation (in Farsi or English) showcasing your strategy and recommendations. Feel free to share your screen to demo any specific analyses or strategies.
- Present your ideas as if you are part of the Bettermode team. We’ll be looking at your presentation skills, clarity, and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

- Deadline: Please submit your video presentation within two weeks of receiving this working session by replying to the email through which you received this task.
- Format: The video presentation should be no longer than 20 minutes.
